Delivery uncertainty the only let-down. Ordering was simple and straightforward and the sheets are good value. Delivery charge was expensive but I could also understand why this was. The only let down was at the time of placing my order delivery was estimated at 10 to 20 days. A few days later this was revised to way beyond that, estimating 23 December, which would mean I wouldn't get them fitted until January. Eventually they arrived in November but the uncertainty prevented me arranging a contractor to fit them so I now have my sheets but no idea when they will be fitted.

Could not believe a product used to stop leaks came broken and cracked. The sales person did not seem to want to deal with my order,telling me to do it on line. I explained I couldn’t and would he take my order over the phone so he reluctantly did but was quite obviously not happy

Great value products Goods didn't arrive on the specified day and couldn't be shipped until a week later. However once a called the lady who had dealt with my original order this was rectified with a definite delivery date.

Value for money Great service I was well informed about my delivery date and the driver was cheerful and helpful

Sheets cut to length is a big bonus. The service is great.
