very professional in the manner they handled my order

Rubbish company, total lack of transparency No idea, The Roofing Megastore still haven't delivered it a week after claiming the despatch. A fairly ridiculous practice IMO.

lovely staff the first courier used was dreadful but the company sorted it out and used another courier which went well. the customer relations team, one in particular, were pleasant and very helpful. they sorted the transport problem and one slight issue promptly and efficiently. definitely recommend

Avoid this company The customer service from this company is horrendous. Placed on order on 27th April and was promised delivery within 10 working days. After chasing on the 18th May I was told due to the “Iran war” there has been a delay and my order will be dispatched shortly. After chasing again on the 26th May I was told it was out for delivery that day. The order did not show so I asked for a refund, I am still waiting for that and it’s the 22nd June. I am sure when your order turns up your review will be fine but if you ever have to deal with this companies customer service department you will be met by constant fobbing off and a lack of communication. 2 months and I’ve not received my order or received a refund. AVOID this company and use the alternative.

Our new roof Great service, informed from the start. I had a question so called them after my order was placed, very helpful. Delivery was excellent and driver very friendly and courteous.

Irellevent as I have not received the goods I cannot comment as I am still waiting for the goods! Can you supply me with a delivery date yet?
