Great customer service Still waiting for our order to be delivered but Lorraine was polite and helpful when discussing our requirements as first time ordering this product

Good company, would highly recommend Very helpful company and good to deal with, thank you

Roofing Megastore Great Prices Good service, always got delivery in a reasonable time. Second order as it’s cheaper than most retailers

DIY Roofing From order to delivery a very professional service.

Experience The site was easy to navigate and the delivery was very prompt

10 mm Polycarbonate Roofing Sheets - Cut To Size All polycarbonate sheets were cut neatly to the correct size. The email trail on the job ended once the job was handed to the courier. The courier did not use email. They tried to call and then messaged on Whatsapp. Not ideal but they got through, eventually.

Garage roof upgrade Good easy to order not received parts yet but hopefully they are as advertised

Fine. In my experience, delivery can vary between 2 days and 2 weeks.

Delivery arrived on time was disappointed at the delivery and extra charge

Good supplier-good product One panel had damage. Roofing Megastore acted quickly to address the issue by sending out a replacement. I was impressed by tgheir service.

Great service Customer service was great nothing was too much for them. Very helpful. Also prompt replies which helped a lot. Would def recommend this company. Wish to also say delivery was spot on and the driver was very helpful. At my age I couldn't lift the packs and the driver put them into the garage for me. Great help. Please pass this on to his firm Peter

Great Company to buy from! Good communications, accommodated my order and delivery requirements, all products arrived in good time and well packaged, the kit is very good quality and I found it easy to install, would recommend.

Great so far Can’t comment on the product because I haven’t received it yet but the service has been brilliant

Rubbish. Very long waits for the phone to be answered followed by wrong information.

Smooth Delivery Fast and helpfull delivery with emails of date and courtesy call an hour before arrival

Affordable roofing. All is well , happy to answer your queries on the phone, only wish if there was an option to expedite delivery timelines.
