Still waiting on delivery

Dissatisfied with the website & service provided. I contacted the store as I tried umpteen times to go on the website, however the website continuously crashed.The lady I spoke to was nice but it was not her fault re website.All I want is a refund on a couple of the products purchased.Delivery was dispatched in the 01/06/2026 so I am within the 14 day time frame for a refund.All I got was a email stating we are looking into a refund and nothing else.So no I’m not happy with the service re website being very slow & crashing.I have other items I wanted to look at purchasing but until I get a refund I cannot.Also I have a builder that I have to work around but he cannot do anything until I get the correct products I need in order for that I need a REFUNDBy the way products are still in original packaging and have not even been opened yet.

Took a while for things to be delivered but used to that as I live in a very beautiful part of mainland UK! The website “project quote” tool underestimated the number of foam eaves fillers required. You wanted over £30 to post out the four extra packs of styrofoam weighing less than half a kilo! Found them on the shelf at Jewsons!

Overall good service Easy to order everything arrived on time. Thanks to Mark the delivery driver. So all good , items all ok nothing broken or damaged or missing. Only a couple of small details difficult to get through on the phone . And it would have been a plus to have a tracking system on delivery a two hour window is always good. The email of delivery was a bit concerning as it leaves you wondering if all the items are on the delivery and even if the date that’s been given might change. All the materials seem top quality fitting information sent via email as well overall good service. Yes I would buy from this company again.

EPDM roof kit Website is intuitive and easy to navigate, great dialogue with seller and although I have not received the kit yet it was promptly dispatched with suggested delivery date.

Bitumen Sheet and Accessories Order Very easy to order online, and purchase through PayPal. Delivery was delayed slightly, due to current fuel problems. Lorraine annd Chloe kept me informed, and answered any questions I had. Delivery (V1 Distribution) was on the revised day given, with the driver informing when he was 20 minutes away. The items were unloaded (by Sohal & Arshi), and stacked carefully. All in all, a very good service.

check delivery dates The delivery date is not what we expected when ordering, it is a longer wait, very disappointed in this delay. They delivered the wrong size polycarbonate sheets and took ages to get the right ones sent. bad communication.
