Trade Account Terms & Conditions

1. Account

a. Trade accounts are available only to individuals or entities whose primary profession is that of a tradesperson, whether operating as a sole trader or through a registered company. Roofing Megastore Limited reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review and disable any account it believes does not meet these eligibility requirements.

b. Roofing Megastore Limited reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disable any account it reasonable believes to be abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Points & Rewards

a. Points will be given to an account holder when (a) they place an order themselves whilst logged into their account, or (b) a customer they have referred via either a referral link or basket link places an order. One (1) point will be awarded for every one point sterling (£1) spent on eligible purchase value. Each point shall have a notional redemption value equivalent to two pence (£0.02). The redemption value of points is subject to change at any time and without prior notice at the sole discretion of Roofing Megastore Limited.

b. Eligible purchase value shall include the value of products only (inclusive of VAT) and shall expressly exclude delivery charges or any other ancillary costs that may be incurred.

c. Points shall only be awarded on eligible orders placed while the customer is logged into their account. Points cannot be earned on orders placed without an active account login and will not be retrospectively applied to an account under any circumstances.

d. Points earned from eligible purchases will initially appear in the account holder's balance with a "pending" status. Pending points cannot be redeemed. After a period of ten (10) days from the date of issue, and proivided the underlying purchase has not been cancelled, returned, or refunded, the points will become available for redemption. 

e. Points may only be redeemed against rewards made available from time to time within the customer's account. Available rewards are subject to change, substitution, or withdrawal without prior notice and at the sole discretion of Roofing Megastore Limited. Points have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, and are not transferable. 

f. Rewards will be issued within thirty (30) days of an approved redemption request. Rewards in the form of gift cards will be provided by email and will include a unique code for use with the relevant retailer. Rewards consiting of physical goods will be delivered to the account holder at the address provided, and Roofing Megastore Limited will contact the account holder to arrange delivery where necessary. 

g. Roofing Megastore Limited reserved the right to review account activity and, at its sole discretion, remove points from any account it reasonably believes is not being used by a tradesperson or is otherwise ineligible to participate in the loyalty programme.

h. Points awarded in respond of any purchase that is subsequently returned, cancelled, or refunded (in whole or in part) will be deducted from the account holder’s points balance. Roofing Megastore Limited reserves the right to adjust points retrospectively where necessary to reflect refunded or invalidated transactions.

i. Points are valid for a period of three hundred and sixty-five (365) days from the date of issue. Any points not redeemed within this period will automatically expire and be removed from the account holder’s balance without compensation or liability of Roofing Megastore Limited.

j. Roofing Megastore Limited may terminate the rewards programme at any time by providing not less than fourteen (14) days’ notice to account holders with unspent points. Any points not redeemed within the notice period will automatically expire and be forfeited without compensation or liability to Roofing Megastore Limited.

3. Image Submission

a. By uploading or submitting an image through their account, the account holder represents and warrants that they are the lawful owner of all rights in such image or otherwise have full authority to grant the right set out herein. The account holder grants Roofing Megastore Limited a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publish, and distribute the image, in whole or in part, on their website and in any marketing, promotional, or advertising materials, whether in print or digital form. Such license is non-withdrawable and shall remain in effect indefinitely.
