- We will aim to get back in touch within 48 hours, although it may take a little longer during a busier period.
- Any reports received during the weekend or a Bank Holiday will not be seen until the next working day.
- If you’ve received damaged items, please do not return these items until our team have been in touch to confirm the returns address as this can vary.
- Please do not dispose of any damaged items and ensure they are stored appropriately until our team have been in touch.
